• Location: Pick-up is available from our Toronto location. The exact address will be provided after your order is confirmed.
• Processing Time: Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed and ready for pick-up.
• Pick-Up Confirmation: Once your order is prepared, you will receive an email notification with pick-up details, including the available time slots.
• Identification: Please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation when picking up your items.
• Pick-Up Hours: Our pick-up hours are [11am-6pm], Monday through Friday. If you need to arrange a different time, feel free to reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
